Child Custody Attorney Tampa Gary Dolgin Explains The Parenting Plan May Be Modified If The Time-Sharing Schedule Is Violated

When one parent refuses to comply with the time-sharing schedule in the parenting plan without proper cause, there are sanctions that the court may impose.

One of the sanctions is that the Court may, upon request of the parent who did not violate the time-sharing schedule, modify the parenting plan if modification is in the best interests of the child.
